A choice of shipping options will be provided if available for the item. Please only select shipping options that are listed in the Additional Information section of each item. Shipping option will be selected during checkout. If you fail to select an available shipping option we will select the most appropriate shipping source. Most packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service however in some cases UPS may be used. 

Buyer agrees to pay shipping & handling charges shown during checkout. If you are not satisfied with shipping costs, cancel your order at that time or email me to see if a better rate is available. In some cases, we are able to ship large orders in flat-rate boxes or envelopes that will significantly reduce your cost but this is on a case-by-case basis. Please view your shipping charges BEFORE paying. Please contact us via email for quotes if necessary. 

All items are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. 

Most items ship within 24-48 hours, usually sooner, however some may take longer. In the event that shipping will take longer, you will be contacted via email.

Insurance is optional (unless it is stated as required in the listing itself) and at the buyer's expense. We will not be responsible for uninsured items once they have shipped. Should items be damaged in shipping buyer will need to make claim with carrier, if insurance was purchased.

All shipments must ship to a confirmed, physical United States address unless you contact us first.

Ground service takes a very long time to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We have experienced ground delivery of 4-5 weeks. We highly suggest using the Priority Option for these locations. Additional weight charges for heavier items may apply. 

Additional weight charges for heavier items, may apply if shipping to APO/FPO Addresses. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks due to the high security measures put in place by the military. 

Overseas shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact me first for shipping costs as the secure checkout does not allow for international buyers. 

Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
