In order to maintain the integrity of the marketplace, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item delivered is materially different from the description in the auction details, or is defective in any way.

Red Hat Dog stands behind each product we sell, and guarantees the delivery of the item as described in the product details. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is significantly different than described, or is defective in any way, simply contact us so that we can get the problem corrected. 

All merchandise is guaranteed to be in condition as described in listing. You have five (5) days from date of receipt to test and verify item is in condition as listed. 

The customer must contact us within five (5) days from the date of receiving the item if the item is not received in the condition as listed. If it is over the five (5) day period, your request will be denied. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Non-defective item returns (i.e. customer has "buyer's remorse" or feels they no longer "need" the item) are solely at the discretion of Red Hat Dog and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS. All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted along with the restocking fee when refund is given. 

Original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE! This money has been spent to ship the product and cannot be refunded.

Most online internet retailers will not pay for return shipping costs either, and usually we are no different. Red Hat Dog does NOT pay for the return shipping of merchandise however it is determined that the mistake was made by us, we will refund the product cost plus return shipping cost once product is received. No returns sent COD will be accepted. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of returns/refunds.
